Návrh proudového kompresoru pro odsávání vysokopecního plynu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem proudového kompresoru. První část je teoretická. Zahrnuje stručný popis výroby železa, dále rozbor teorie proudových kompresorů a stavových změn uskutečňující se v něm. Druhá část se zabývá již samotným konstrukčním návrhem kompresoru, pro odsávání vysokopecního plynu, kde hnacím médiem je přehřátá pára. Výsledkem práce jsou navržené rozměry jednotlivých částí kompresoru a množství hnacího média. Součástí je kompletní výkresová dokumentace.

The master thesis is dealing with design of the current compressor. The first part is theroretical. It comprises a brief description of iron production, an analysis of current compressor theory and state changes in one. The second part is dealing with the design of the compressor itself, for the extraction od blast furnace gas, where the driving medium is superheated steam. The results of the work is the proposed dimensions of the invidual parts of the compressor and the quantity of driving medium. Complete drawing documentation is included
