Business plán pro založení specializované kavárny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením business plánu pro založení specializované kavárny pro rodiče s dětmi do 6 let ve městě Frýdlantu nad Ostravicí. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě vybraných metod vypracovat business plán pro založení specializované kavárny. Dílčím cílem práce je zhodnocení proveditelnosti business plánu a uvedení doporučení a návrhů pro jeho realizaci dle zjištěných skutečností. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy související s business plánem a v metodické části jsou charakterizovány vybrané metody. V praktické části je vypracován samotný business plán podniku. Jsou zde představeny podstatné informace o založení podniku, podnikatelské činnosti, poskytovaných službách a produktech. Jsou vypracovány analýzy podnikatelského prostředí a faktory ovlivňující podnik, využity metody PEST analýzy, Porterův model konkurenčních sil, marketingový mix služeb. Je zde popsáno personální zabezpečení, marketingový plán, harmonogram přípravných prací, vypracovány plánované finanční výkazy, analýza rizik a zhodnocení SWOT analýzou. V závěru je provedeno shrnutí, zhodnocení a doporučení k analyzovanému business plánu.

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the setting up a specialized cafe for parents with children under 6 years of age in the city of Frydlant nad Ostravici. The aim of the diploma thesis is to develop a business plan for the setting up a specialized cafe based on selected methods. The partial goal of the work is to evaluate the feasibility of the business plan and to present recommendations and proposals for its implementation according to the facts found. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the basic terms related to the business plan are described, and in the methodological part, the selected methods are characterized. In the practical part, the business plan of the company itself is drawn up. Essential information about the establishment of the company, business activity, services and products provided is presented here. Analyzes of the business environment and factors affecting the business are developed PEST analysis method, Porter's model of competitive forces, marketing mix of services are used. Personnel security, marketing plan, schedule of preparatory work, planned financial statements, risk analysis and evaluation by SWOT analysis are described here. At the end, a summary, evaluation and recommendations for the analyzed business plan are made.
