Návrh technologického postupu výroby železničního kola

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a verifikaci technologického postupu výroby železničního celistvého kola v rámci spolupráce s firmou BONATRANS GROUP a. s. Práce je členěna do dvou hlavních částí. První část této práce se věnuje úvodu do problematiky významu železničních kol, jejich výroby konvenčními i nekonvenčními technologiemi. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na návrh sledu technologických operací při výrobě zadaného tvaru a rozměrů celistvého kola. Navržené podmínky tvářecích operací byly následně verifikovány provedením numerické simulace. Hodnocení vlastností vyrobeného kola je provedeno na základě výsledků mechanických zkoušek, chemické čistoty a měření rozměrů vyrobeného kola.

This thesis is focused on the design and verification of the technological process of production of the railway complete wheel within the framework of cooperation with BONATRANS GROUP a. s. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part of the theses deals with the theoretical introduction into problematic of the meaning of a railway wheel and with their production by conventional and unconventional technologies. The second part of the theses is focused on the design in sequence of technological operations in the production of the assigned shape and dimensions of the solid wheel. The proposed conditions of forming operations were subsequently verified by performing a numerical simulation. The evaluation of the characteristics of the manufactured wheel is carried out on the basis of the results of mechanical tests, chemical purity and measurement of the dimensions of the manufactured wheel.
