Abstract
This theses deal with the management of the floorball club, FBK Jeseník. The teoreticial part defines key words such as sport, management, sports management, manager and also deals with the floorball, its history, rules and institutions and then describes research methods used. The practical part is focused on the club, its history, organizational structure and development of the results of the methods to reach the objektive of the task.
