dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou managementu florbalového klubu, a to přesněji FBK Jeseník. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy jako je sport, management, sportovní management, manažer a také se zabývá samotným florbalem, jeho historií, pravidly a institucemi, dále také popisuje použité výzkumné metody. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotný klub, jeho historii, organizační strukturu a vypracování výsledků použitých metod, aby byl splněn cíl práce.cs

The teoreticial part defines key words such as sport, management, sports management, manager and also deals with the floorball, its history, rules and institutions and then describes research methods used. The practical part is focused on the club, its history, organizational structure and development of the results of the methods to reach the objektive of the task.en
