Abstract

The thesis is focused on Customer Preference Analysis on Ketchup Market in Moravian-silesian region, oriented on Hamé s.r.o. company. There is a debate about brands in ownership of Hamé s.r.o. and all their products. This thesis contains results of personal survey concerning customers satisfacion with ketchups. The questionnaire was made with questions focused on customers preferences related with price, taste, packing and shopping customs. Dates were processed and evaluated. Found results are interpreted and along with hyothesis evaluted. Final recommendations apply to increasement of ketchup sales in supermarkets, communication with customers by advertisment form and overall propagation of Hamé s.r.o. company.
