Abstract

The goal of bachelor thesis is analysis of the current situation of the employee recruiment and selection process in the Adriana – producer of pasta s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part is described employee recruiment and selection process and universally steps and proceduress used in this process. In the practical part is described characteristic of the Adriana – producer of pasta s.r.o. company, analysis of the current situation of the employee recruiment and selection process and the results of questionnaire survey performered among employees of the company. On the basis of information received from internal company documents, interview with the human resources officer and results of questionnaire survey are designed possible changes and recommandation for improvement employee recruiment and selection process. The proposed changes and recommendations are methods of videoprofile, advertising on the website of company, examples of work and employment of convicted persons.
