Racionalizace výroby a montáže hydraulických přímočarých motorů

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the rationalization of production and assembly of linear hydraulic motors which are produced in the company HYTECH spol. s r.o. The aim was to minimize production time of a hydraulic cylinder and reduce manufacturing cost. This thesis monitors the entire way of the hydraulic cylinder through the business process: construction → technology → manufacturing→ assembly → testing. The proposed procedure must reduce production costs by at least 20%.
