Návrh upevnění buňky WC v hliníkové hrubé stavbě železničního osobního vagónu

Abstract

Diplomová práce rozebírá problematiku upevnění WC buňky v hrubé stavbě železničního vagónu - současné způsoby upevnění a otázky řešení tolerancí hrubé stavby. Jádrem práce je návrh a výpočet dílčích částí tohoto upevnění a také podlahy WC buňky. Základem pro návrh bylo provedení rozboru zatížení WC buňky v místech úchytů, při kterém je podrobně rozebrána náhrada silentbloků a hliníkového sendviče za výpočtové modely. Výsledkem diplomové práce je alternativní způsob uchycení WC buňky v železničním vagónu.

The master thesis analyzes the issue of the toilet cell mounting in the shell of the carriage - the current methods of the mounting and the issue of solving tolerances of the shell. The core of the work is design and calculation of individual parts of the mounting and floor of the toilet cell. The basis for the design was to perform load analysis of the toilet cell in the mounting areas. For this analysis there was detailed substitution of the silentblocks and the aluminium sandwich for a analysis model. The result of this thesis is an alternative way of mounting of the toilet cell in the carriage.
