Abstract
The main objective of this work is to set up an evaluation system of performance reviews of staff specifically in a particular society. The theoretical part is aimed at human resource management, personnel management activities, strategic human resource management,human resources department, primarily through employee evaluation appraisal, implementation and evaluation of education. From this theory, then comes the practical part. Description of the following chapter, which provides basic information about the company, including its provisional employee assessment and training. The practical part focuses on the staffing strategy of deriving human resources projects. Individual projects are described, in detail, but I just looked at the performance of a specific project and personnel activities associated with it.
