Abstract

The aim of this thesis is disclosure prospective deficiences for present systems of employee selection and adaptation in a chosen organization and to develop proposals and recommendations for their improvement and advancement based on analysis of these systems in a chosen organization. Theoretical-methodological part of this thesis include an explanation of work process methodology and charakteristics of single methods that have been used at processing, delimitation of theoretical basis for systems of employee selection and adaptation and brief specification of processes that precede systems of employee selection and adaptation (HR planning, job creation and job analysis and recruitment). Aplication-verification part include presentation of chosen organization, description and analysis of present systems of employee selection and adaptation in this organization and creation of proposals and recommendations for the above mentioned systems improvement and advancement. All necessary infromation will be ascertained by internal copmany materials, dialog with HR Director and electronic questionnaire.
