Návrhy na zlepšení výrobního procesu LT přípravku

Abstract

Bachelor Thesis deals with the improvement of manufacturing process of the leak test trolley implementation process for vehicle´s radiators. The initial introduction describes the issues of small company production management and current process of LT trolley implementation is explained. In the second part the critical aspects of the LT implementation process are analysed, focusing on individual phases. The last part summarizes all proposed changes, which are feasible for company management.
