Konstrukční návrh stahováku ložiska bočního shrnovače typu SCK

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem stahováku kluzných ložisek, která jsou součásti poloportálového shrnovače. V úvodu je stručný přehled stahováku a stahovacích zařízení. Jsou řešeny dvě varianty návrhu pohybového agregátu. Po konzultaci s odborníky, jsem zvolil tu výhodnější variantu. Kterou jsem dále podrobil pevnostní analýze a její optimalizaci. Hlavním cílem bylo navrhnout stahovák, kterým demontujeme čep a následně kluzné ložisko. V příloze je výkresová dokumentace stahováku a jeho aplikace.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of slide bearing pullers, which are part of a semi-portal scrapper. The beginning of the thesis describes the puller and pulling mechanisms. In this are two variations of kinematic aggregate design. After consulting specialists in this field, I chose my preferential variation which I put through strength analysis and optimalisation tests. The main purpose was to design a puller, with which we could dismount the bearing and subsequently the slide bearing. Supplemented is the design documentation of the puller and its application.
