Abstract

This thesis deals with the projection-design solution of Equipment for cleaning of metal structures. Firstly, the current machinery situation in this branch is described. Secondly, thesis focuses on processing possible alternatives of individual work parts, evaluation and selection of the most suitable alternative. Followed by the construction of the conveyor and its frame. Last part is design of the cleaning machine, which consists of the frame, pressure and side pressure roller, disturbing cylinder and cleaning chamber.
