Technická diagnostika pásových dopravníků na Dole Paskov

Abstract

The theme of diploma thesis is Technical diagnostics of belt conveyors at the Paskov Mine. Start is based on analysys of belt conveyors. Further, becouse it is necessary to understand the composition of the machine, there is described drives construction and conveyor itself. The most problematic elements is tension cylinders and gearboxes, therefore they are given the most attention. Next are analyzed defects that arise on these components and systems of diagnostics applicable to their discovery. The following is the actual measurement and results from each applied diagnostic methods. In final, it is suggested the use of thermal imagers and ultrasonic thickness gauge as the most ideal measuring equipment.
