Analýza řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This Master Thesis is focused on human resources management in chosen organization, especially on the process of selecting and adapting employees. The thesis is divide into three chapters, to the theoretical, practical and custom suggestion and solutions.Theoretical methods of given matter are described in first chapter. Practical part is focused on analysis of current situation in given organization. This analysis became main resource of information for third chapter, where proposals and possible solutions for innovation of human resources management are described. Results and summaries are presented at the end of the Thesis.
