Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with problems in the field of development of human potential in the company Epcos s. r. o. Describes the systemic and procedural management area eligibility workers. Revises the current status of the proceedings in the field of adaptation and practice training in the production processes. In this work it is analyzed the current management methodology of the personnel's competence and on the basis of the results of the individual analyses are suggested measures and recommendations, which have the task to increase the efficiency of the training of employees associated quality and performance of the work done.
