dc.description.abstractBakalárska práca je zameraná na komparáciu marketingu a managementu Vons Gymu a Fitnes Klubu Harmónia, ktoré majú svoju pôsobnosť v Martine. V prvej časti som sa zameral na definovanie základných pojmov marketingu, managementu a ich rôznych typoch výskumných metód. Druhá časť je venovaná charakteristike, vybaveniu a poskytovaným službám oboch fitness centier, ktoré pomocou výskumných metód porovnávam.V tretej časti na základe výsledkov šetrenia poskytujem daným fitness centrám návrhy a doporučenia, ako by mohli zlepšiť svoje služby a na čo by mali zamerať svoju pôsobnosť.cs
dc.description.abstractThis Bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of marketing and management of Vons Gym and Fitness Club Harmonia, both located in Martin, Slovakia. In the first part, I worked on defining the basic concepts of marketing and management and the various types of their research methods. In the second part, I compared the characteristics, equipment and services that these two centers have to offer, by using research methods. In the third part, I am offering my suggestions and recommendations on how these fitness centers could improve their services and what they should focus their scope on.en
