Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design and construction of the front loader with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg and lift heights up to 2.5 meters. The loader is intended to work as an extension to the tractor Zetor 4011. At the beginning of the thesis are described benefits and usage of this equipment in commercial and domestic environments. From the perspective of the entire machine is in this thesis during the design also taken into account the complex design. Analysis and design of loader´s welding technology was also conducted. This text also includes important calculations of the total load on the front axle and the load of other equally important structural nodes that must comply with the allowable load so as to comply with the terms of reference. These calculated values are then used to calculate and control critical weld joint design. Finally, is processed the technological process of production and welding. Manufacturing documentation is also attached.
