Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on system of employees education at Municipality of Havířov city. Diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part are provided the basic concepts such as learning, education and development and next there is defined the education of employees in the organization, systematic education along with the individual phase of the cycle systematic education and methods of education. Practical part is focused on presentation of selected organization and analyzed of systematic education in this organization. Further is provided the selected empirical research from which are subsequently evaluated data and finally there are proposed arise recommendations. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the system of employees education at Municipality of Havířov city and based on the results make their evaluation and recommend proposals to improve the system.
