Měření atributů kvality života ve městě

Abstract

Téma mé diplomové práce je „Měření vybraných atributů kvality života ve městě“. Primárním cílem práce bylo zjistit úroveň spokojenosti obyvatel města Přerova. Dílčím cílem výzkumu byla komparace výsledných dat s výzkumem z roku 2003. V první kapitole byla představena historie a současnost města a charakterizováno vnější prostředí města. Teoretická část popisuje vlastnosti služeb, marketing měst a obcí, problematiku spokojenosti obyvatel a teoretické poznatky k analýze dat. V aplikační části je popsána metodika shromaždování dat a analýza výsledků marketingového výzkumu. Závěrečná část je věnovaná konkrétním návrhům a doporučením, které by měly zvýšit spokojenost obyvatel města Přerov.

The topic of my thesis is „Measurement of Specific Attributes of Life Quality in the City“. The primary goal was to find out a level of people´s satisfaction of city called Přerov. Partial goal was comparison results with research from 2003. In the first chapter was introduced the history and the present time of the town and characterized external marketing environment. Theoretical part describes characteristics of services, marketing of the cities and towns, problem of inhabitant´s satisfaction and theoretical knowledge of date´s analysis. In an application part is described compilation of methodology data and analysis of the market research results. Final part of this thesis is focused on the suggestions and recommendations, which would increase inhabitant´s satisfaction in the city of Přerov.
