Logistická koncepce Milkrun

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa venuje metodike interných dopravných systémov vo výrobnom procese. Cieľom práce je porovnať klasický systém dopravy v podniku s koncepciou Milkrun a rozhodnúť, čo je pre podnik prínosnejšie. Ako prvé bol vytvorený simulačný model v programe Witness, ktorý je použitý na analýzu súčasného stavu s klasickým dopravným systémom. Následne sa vytvoril model, kde bol do výrobného systému zavedený systém Milkrun. Pre Milkrun sa vytvorili tri varianty, z ktorých sa určila najvhodnejšia možnosť. V závere práce sú porovnané oba koncepty vnútropodnikovej dopravy na základe získaných dát a vyhodnotenie efektívnejšieho systému pre konkrétny podnik.

Master thesis is dealing with methods of internal transport systems in the production process. The aim of the work is to compare the classic transport system with the Milkrun concept in the company and decide what is more beneficial for the company. In the first step was created a simulation model in the Witness simulation program, which is used to analyse the current state of system with the classical transport. Then I was created a model where the Milkrun concept was introduced into the production system. In the next step I was created three variations for Milkrun, from which the most suitable option was determined. At the end of the work, both concepts are compared on the basis of the obtained data and evaluation of a more efficient system for a specific company.
