Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the management of industrial production through the supervision system. It discusses the design of the supervision system with regard to the standard for the interaction between the operator and the system. It describes the basic concepts of asynchronous motor control, presents the design of a control application programmed in the Control Builder M environment, visualizations of the supervision system created in the Graphic Builder environment for control at the operator’s position and Panel Builder for control near the controlled process, including familiarization with the hardware configuration of the selected system. It contains procedures for the preparation of the software used in the implementation and a description of the functionality of the selected demo application. It also deals with software tools for creating control logic and visualization. Practical knowledge is demonstrated on a sample task that clarifies the possibilities of managing the supervision system in automatic, remote and local mode.
