Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal and constructional solution of trainer based on
the principle of simple bar and in the results for determination of human force. At the
beginning I have mentioned similar products which are used in entertainment industry.
Further I have solved the input values according to which the following proposal has been
derived. Some of components are supplied by strength calculations or by FEM analyses. At
the conclusion I have evaluated my own proposal of bachelor thesis. The project continues
the bachelor thesis of the student who deals with the ergonomics and design part of the
