Abstract

The dissertation focuses on the issue of work performance management. In dissertation were analyse the process of managing work performance in the selected department of the chosen company by means of semi-standardized interview and questionnaire survey, whose task was to reveal possible shortcomings and problems in this process. Based on this analysis, the draft was recommended to the selected company, to improve the process of managing work performance in a selected department.
