Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on problems about current state of CNC devices. The issue is elaborated on a specific device which was chosen from the current offers on the market and according to certain conditions. Modular CNC milling machine was assembled from raw components and their technical properties are mentioned in the thesis. The key aspect for production on this device is the computer support of designing, the strategy of machining and the controlling processes themselves. The integral part is implementation of the device into teaching, where were made for students some tutorials, their modifications and space for new solutions. There are still being tested new methods of use on this device and its potential is constantly growing.
