Abstract

This thesis is targeted for proposals of non-standard production requirements for maintenance and their introduction into the company VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA a.s. The practical part of this thesis analyzes the current state of production from which these requirements are based. It also includes evaluation and suggestions for possible changes that should lead to higher performance, easier maintenance, acquisition information of store and the amount of downtime as well as more accurate assessment of employees. In the final part there are all proposals evaluated.
