Abstract
This thesis is focused on design of external high pressure steam superheater HRSG boiler. The HRSG boiler is part of a flexible energy system (FES). External high pressure steam superheater according to the assignment should be applied to the solid fuel boiler, which is also part of the FES. This system will combine systems CCCC (Coal Combustion Combi Cycle) and HRFES (Heat Recovery Flexible Energy System), namely coal and combining with the waste heat boiler. The reader will be informed in the first part of the very flexible energy system with a focus on the use of HRSG boiler of the gas turbine. Furthermore, they learn basic information about the HRSG boiler superheater in external design VPE, including a production of heat. Furthermore, the reader is familiar with the procedure for calculation of stoichiometry and enthalpy of combustion products and the general method of calculation of enthalpy PVS. After becoming familiar with these calculations can be further acquainted with the draft location of the external high pressure steam superheater in the scheme, including verification of its location in terms of the production of heat. In the last chapter, the reader will be familiar with the design calculation of the project and the location of the external steam superheater into solid fuel boilers produced by VPE.
