Hydraulický pohon briketovacího lisu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem hydraulického pohonu briketovacího lisu. V úvodu je popsána technologie briketování, důvody užití této technologie zpracování a požadavky na hydraulické pohony briketovacích lisů. Na základě požadavků jsou vypracovány dva zjednodušené návrhy řešení hydraulického pohonu a jejich porovnáním je následně vybrána výsledná varianta, pro kterou je proveden výpočet parametrů hlavního lisovacího válce v ustáleném stavu. Dále je proveden návrh jednotlivých komponent hydraulického systému a jejich specifikace je v práci uvedena. K práci je taktéž přiloženo funkční schéma hydraulického obvodu.

The bachelor thesis deals with proposal to a hydraulic drive of a briquetting press. In the introduction a technology of briquetting is described, reasons of using this technology of processing and requierements on hydraulic drives of briquetting presses. Two simplified proposals of solution of the hydraulic drive are developed on the basis of requierements, final variant is chosen by their comparsion, for which calculation of parameters of main pressing cylinder in stabilized state is conducted. Proposal to individual components of a hydraulic system is carried out to and their specification is stated in the thesis. Functional scheme of a hydraulic circuit is enclosed to the thesis.
