Abstract

The thesis is focused on the simulation of the SNCR process in the combustion chamber granulation K4 boiler that burns coal. First was based on drawings created by the geometry of the upper part of the boiler, which is necessary for simulation technology SNCR. The program Ansys Fluent 14.5 was using the embedded module SNCR simulated the impact of technology on the formation of pollutants. The simulation was performed for three power levels and boilers to 60 %, 80 % and 100 % of the boiler. The simulation results were compared with the results of physical measurements that were carried out during the operational test SNCR technology for the above specified performance. The results of the simulations were graphically illustrated.
