Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and construction of a composite bodywork for the Voltic HAVOC electric motorcycle. The primary objective of the work is to replace the existing steel frame, constructed from flame-cut tubes, with a self-supporting monocoque structure made of carbon fiber composite and epoxy resin. The introductory section provides a comprehensive review of composite applications within the motorcycle industry and defines the specific ergonomic requirements for the machine. The practical part of the thesis includes variant design proposals, the visualization of the final solution in a CAD environment, and the development of technical documentation. An integral part of the project is the production of a physical scale model. The resulting design achieves a significant reduction in overall weight, integrates functional elements directly into the bodywork, and establishes a new aesthetic identity for the motorcycle.
