Abstract
The aim of this work was to measure overall satisfaction of customers with the services which are offered by farriers. Determine whether it is for them sufficient range of offered services, and determine whether customers are loyal. For marketing research used primary data obtained by written questionnaire. The analysis of the data shows that overall satisfaction with the services of a farrier is at a high level.
