Graduation theses describes supplier audit system which is used especially as a tool how to ensure customer requests, cooperation with suppliers and creation and deepen cooperation based on relationship between suppliers and customers.

Described supplier audit system is coming from quality management used in automotive industry. Created questionnaire can be considered as a standard for performing of supplier’s audits which is possible to use not only in Hyundai Motor Mfg. Czech, s.r.o. but also in other companies which have the intension to develop their audit system.

The main principle of this thesis is conversion of theoretical knowledge and concepts from technical literature into the practice, its explanation, analysis and recommendations to future improvement not only in Hyundai Motor Mfg. Czech, s.r.o. but also in wide range of supplier chain.
