Konstrukční návrh nástavby mobilní robotické platformy pro manipulaci a přepravu euroboxů

Abstract

The Master's thesis deals with the design of a mobile platform for handling and transport of Euroboxes. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of the topic and setting the objectives of the thesis. This is followed by an analysis of the problem, which includes a description of the handling object, an overview of autonomous mobile robots and their superstructures, a description of roller conveyors and lifting mechanisms. Based on the analysis, a requirement list was developed and the most suitable autonomous mobile robot was selected. Then, four design options were developed and the most suitable option was selected using multi-criteria analysis. This variant consists of a conveyor, a lifting mechanism and a platform. The individual components of the entire superstructure are described in detail. These are further subjected to design and control calculations and strength analysis. Furthermore, the electronics of the platform is described and the battery life calculation is performed. The thesis concludes with a presentation of the results obtained and suggestions for future developments.
