Abstract

Diplomová práca s názvom „Návrh stratégie rozvoja firmy“ definuje základné poznatky o strategickom riadení a vybraných analýzach podniku. V úvode je zahrnuté priblíženie problematiky, načrtnutie obsahu a cieľ diplomovej práce. Teoretické východiská strategického managementu podniku vymedzujú víziu, poslanie, ciele, ďalej uvádzajú teoretickú oporu analýz a elektronického podnikania. V tretej kapitole sú informácie o spoločnosti spolu s analýzami makroprostredia, mikroprostredia, finančnej analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Z analýz vychádza štvrtá kapitola - návrh stratégie a jej implementácia. Záver je zhrnutím celej diplomovej práce.
