Konkurenceschopnost podniku a faktory její udržitelnosti

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářská práce „Konkurenceschopnost podniku a faktory její udržitelnosti“ je identifikace konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku na základě analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní parametry konkurenceschopnosti týkající se jak mikroprostředí, tak makroprostředí a jsou zde také popsány metody sloužící k její analýze. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na konkrétní podnik a jsou využity při modelování návrhu strategie. V závěru je uvedeno shrnutí, které obsahuje návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku a faktory její udržitelnosti.

The subject of thesis "The Competitiveness of the Company and its Sustainability factors" identifies competitiveness of selected company based on the analysis of the internal and external business environment. In the theoretical part, the basic parameters of competitiveness are defined on both, the micro and macro environment. There are also described the methods used for the analysis. In the practical part, these methods are applied to a specific company and are used for modeling the strategy draft. The summary contains proposals and recommendations to improve the competitiveness of the chosen company and its sustainability factors.
