Motivace zaměstnanců v podniku

Abstract

The present Bachelor Thesis concerns assessment of motivation of employees of a limited liability company whose main subject of business activity focuses on the area of identification systems for manufacturing and logistic companies. Following the introduction defining basic terms related to motivation and remuneration there is the application part of my thesis based on a questionnaire inquiry. On the basis of the results of the inquiry recommendations have been made for the company with the aim to improve the current situation in employee satisfaction with the work environment, relationships, remuneration and motivation.
