Návrh investičního záměru pro konkrétní podnik s cílem zvýšit jeho konkurenceschopnost

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o investičním projektu, v podniku Autosalon BONO auto a.s., který si klade za cíl, zvýšit konkurenceschopnost tohoto salonu vůči firmám podnikajícím ve stejné oblasti. V první části se diplomová práce zabývá teoretickým popisem investičního projektu a rozepsáním jednotlivých kroků potřebných při realizaci takovéhoto projektu. V navazující druhé části je zpracována charakteristika společnosti a analýza současného stavu, na základě které, je podrobně rozpracován konkrétní investiční projekt, v podniku BONO auto a.s. právě formou implementace teorie o zásadách správného investování.

Master thesis described an investment project in the company Autosalon BONO auto a.s., the main goal of the company is increasing competitiveness toward to other companies in same area. In the first part master thesis specified theoretical description of an investment project and detail steps which are necessary for realization the project. In the second part is payed attention to processing characteristics of the company and analyzing of present situation. Based on the analyzing and description of the company is created a new detailed investment project, in a new theoretical way of implementation and principles of investments correctly.
