Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with testing the deep drawing of sheets using earing test. The introduction explains the concept of anisotropy and the possibility of testing sheets by imitation tests. Following is a description of the special tool used in the earing test. Furthermore, sheet metal drawing is performed, and its results are evaluated. Then the bachelor thesis focuses on computer simulation in the program PAM-STAMP Professional 2020 and evaluates various parameters affecting the results of the earing test. In this part, the analysis of deformations that occur during the earing test and their occurrence in the forming limit diagram is also performed. Subsequently, new dies and punches are designed for the possibility of drawing a larger number of sheet metal thicknesses. Finally, the possibilities of using the results of the earing test in practice are described.
