Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of consumer behavior in the market of precious metals, diamonds and coins. At the beginning, the thesis deals with the theoretical basis of measuring customer satisfaction and consumer behavior. The next part of the work characterises trading environment in precious metals, diamonds and coins. Furthermore, the work describes the methodology of data collection and gathering. The practical part deals with the analysis of the collected data. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the design, recommendation and description of the profile of a suitable consumer profile.
