Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the production of the heating element, which will be made of copper alloys, specifically brass CuZn39Pb3. The first part of the work describes the machinability of the already mentioned alloys, the choice of suitable cutting material, the geometry of the cutting tool edge and the cutting environment during machining. The next section describes the individual production variants and their evaluation. After evaluating a suitable production variant, the right machines, cutting tools were selected and individual production operations were described. At the end of the work is a technical - economic evaluation of production, which shows the total production time and associated costs.
