Modernizace v oblasti výroby svorníků a skladování ve firmě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá modernizací v oblasti výroby svorníků a skladováním ve společnosti JENNMAR Multitex s.r.o. V úvodu práce jsou popsány základní pojmy a teoretická východiska týkající se dané problematiky. Cílem práce je navrhnou řešení pro zabezpečení nárůstu produkce a zlepšit stav skladování ve společnosti. Z analýzy současného stavu a identifikaci problémů byla navržena modernizace v oblasti produkce svorníků a výstavba nových skladovacích prostor. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny přínosy navržených řešení.

The thesis focused on the modernization of the bolts production and the storage in the company JENNMAR Multitex Ltd. At the beginning of the thesis the basic terminology and the theory is described. The main goal of the thesis is to propose the solution for ensuring of the production and to improve the storage situation. From the analysis of the current situation and the identification of problems, the modernization of the bolts production and building new storage spaces were proposed. In the end of the thesis the benefits of proposing solutions are evaluated.
