Zhodnocení managementu kvality v podmínkách sportovního klubu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with quality management in the conditions of a sports club. Specifically a club specializing in the ice hockey. The main goal of the thesis was to evaluate the total quality management. To achieve the goal were established Hypotheses. The first hypothesis was formulated that the attendance of home matches is positively influenced by the performance of the A-team. The second hypothesis was that the amount of the grant intended for HKO youth from the budget of the statutory city of Opava positively increases its quality. The method of the House of Quality and a questionnaire survey were used to achieve the set goals. Subsequently, the management of the hockey club was recommended to make a change in the organizational structure and focus on educating the youth. And also regularly evaluate the quality of management using the House of Quality.
