Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with finishing of the deep hole by honing. The introduction, the theoretical part, which lists the methods of making holes. Another section is devoted to methods of production finishing holes. The practical part is created in cooperation with Vitkovice Heavy Machinery a.s. The practical part is a comparison of two producers honing equipment, Sunnen Ltd. and Gehring Technologies GmbH. Comparison is made economically purchase of machines, tools, accessories and comparing the cost of producing the desired components with specified parameters.
