| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zjistit spokojenost zákazníků, kteří navštěvují RIDERA SPORT, CDU SPORT A SBA SQUASH v Ostravě. Sportovní centra se nacházejí blízko sebe, jsou zaměřená na stejné sporty a nabízejí podobné spektrum služeb. V jednotlivých sportovních centrech jsem provedla marketingový výzkum a na základě zjištěných faktů jsem formulovala návrhy a doporučení ke zvýšení spokojenosti. | cs |

These sport centres are situated near each other, focused on the same kinds of sport and offer similar services. The marketing research in individual sport centres is applied and on the basis of the observed facts, proposals and recommendations for increase in customer satisfaction are formulated. | en |
