| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá technologickým procesem odlévání oceli v ocelárnách se zaměřením na manipulaci s licími pánvemi a mezipánvemi. Textová část práce se zabývá seznámením se způsoby plynulého odlévání oceli, jejich výhodami, zařízeními pro tuto technologii a manipulací spojenou s tímto procesem. Následná výpočtová část práce se zabývá návrhem otáčecího mechanismu ramene a jeho pohonu. Výpočty zakončuje pevnostní kontrola celkového ramene pomocí metody konečných prvků. Výkresová dokumentace obsahuje celkovou sestavu otočného mezipánvového stojanu, výkres svařence zdvihacího rámu a výrobní výkres pastorku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis deals with the technological process in steel casting steel focusing on handling ladles and tundishes. Textual part focuses on learning about ways to continuous steel casting their advantages, facilities for technology and handling charges associated with this process. The subsequent calculation of the work deals with the design of the rotating mechanism arm and his drive. Calculations score overall strength control arm using the finite element method. Drawing documentation contains the complete set mezipánvového swivel stand, lifting frame weldment design and manufacturing drawing of the pinion. | en |
