Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and strength control of the front bellcrank in the suspension system in the Formula Student vehicle. The introduction discusses the Formula student competition, rules and restrictions on car construction and individual types of suspension design solutions for these vehicles. The next part deals with the search of the existing solution and topological optimization. Then the load of the part and the application of the topological optimization itself are determined. The last part is the verification of the new design. Ansys Workbench 2020 R2 software is used for strength analysis and topology optimization.
