Hydraulický pohon drtiče vápence

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem hydraulického agregátu sloužícímu k ovládání periferií kladivového drtiče vápence. V úvodu je provedena rozsáhlá rešerše lidských obydlí, následně doplněna teoretickým rozborem různých stavebních materiálů. Rešerše pokračuje přehledem průmyslových drtičů. V praktické části jsou provedeny potřebné výpočty k návrhu agregátu. Následně je k výpočtům navrženo i ostatní příslušenství. V závěru práce je zpracován popis agregátu, návod k použití. Navržený hydraulický obvod i s výrobním výkresem víka je dokumentován v příloze této práce.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the design of a hydraulic power unit used to control the equipment of a limestone hammer crusher. In the beginning of the thesis an extensive search of human dwellings is made, then the search is supplemented by theoretical analysis of various building materials. The search continues with an overview of industrial crushers. In the practical part all the necessary calculations were made to design the power unit. Based on the calculations, accessories are designed. At the end of the thesis a description of the power unit and instructions for use are placed. As an appendix of this thesis the designed hydraulic circuit and the production drawing of a lid are attached.
