Abstract

HON, M. Technical diagnostics of the 16K20 turning lathe : Bachelor thesis, Ostrava : VŠB-Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Production Machines and Design, 2015, 60p. Thesis head: Blata, J. Bachelor thesis is focused on technical review of the group of 5 turning lathes, in terms of vibro-diagnostic. In the beginning of the thesis is described technical contruction of the turning lathe, also scheme of control elements and scheme of the gearbox compartment. The meter was used to measure the level of vibrations on bearings inside the gearbox compartment, and was also measuring the frequency of rotation. Results were registered in electronic form and then evaluated by the analysator. The condition of the bearings of each turning lathe, was then determined from the results of measurements.
