Přídavné zařízení na Zetor 6911

Abstract

This thesis deals with the structural design of additional equipment for Zetor 6911. Equipment requirements are load capacity 600 kg, diameter of overbalanced logs 0.65 m, length of logs are four times the width of the tractor and minimum uplift 1.8 m. In the beginning there is an explanation of the device and what are the benefits of device. On the basis of mass-produced devices, the solution of the nodes is proposed to suit the task. Then there is an solution of stability, shape and finaly application of the forces in working proccess. My next point is about calculation of tenons, welds and screw connections, which are included on the device. In the end, there is an assessment of total solution and use of device.
